PROCESSING TIME

Most products are handmade and some are made to order, so the time we need to prepare an order varies. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Items that are made to order can take a little bit longer to ship. Please, contact us if you need further information.

DELIVERY

We ship orders using Correos Registered Mail or courier DHL express, depending on size and weight at our discretion. For some products and destinations you can choose between these two options.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Orders being sent to a Spain address are usually delivered within 1-3 working days,

North America & Canada: COURIER: 3-5 business days / REGISTERED MAIL: 6-10 business days
Europe: COURIER: 2-4 business days / REGISTERED MAIL: 4-7 business days
Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: REGISTERED MAIL: 6-10 business days
For other destinations, please contact us.

We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and customs clearance.

COVID-19 Update:

Our delivery partners around the world are experiencing minor delays. This means that delivery of your orders is likely to take a little longer than usual to reach you. We ask, please, for your patience.

Besides, deliveries by registered mail is not available for certain international destinations. We will contact you if your country is affected by this restriction to search for a solution.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

We hope you’re happy with your order, but if you want to return it, please get in touch immediately so that we can remind you some instructions. You have 15 days after receiving the parcel to return your order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We can only accept return or exchanges on items purchased from our website.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with labels still attached.

We do not refund the original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping unless your item is defective or you have received the wrong product.

For exchanges, you will be charged the cost of shipping for the new item.

As our products are handmade, they may vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items is not to be considered a defect.

If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item and contact us.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and, if everything is Ok according our policy, we will make the refund in the original method of payment in few days.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Before sending and item, please be sure you contact us to tell us you want to make a return or exchange.

When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your shipment and be sure that the items get returned to us. We cannot accept the cost of any items lost in transit.

Remember, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
